Delving into yoga over a cuppa after practice...
Imagine this... you've enjoyed your yoga practice, your in a room of friendly people in a lovely warm studio (or your at home via Zoom) and there's no need to rush off. Instead, the kettle goes on and we put out some chairs. We get mugs of tea and perhaps a biscuit, sit around in a group and delve into yoga chat in more depth than is usually possible.
Discussing yoga and hearing others experiences can help you develop and understand your own yoga practice better. Delving into aspects of yoga in more depth beyond the group class can bring benefit far beyond the mat. First it would be great to get a bit more information to find out if and when to start this.
