I apply the tools of yoga to suit your situation and have worked across the health spectrum from Olympic athletes to those with limited mobility and multiple health issues or undergoing other treatments. Yoga tailored for you Using the methods of yoga including postures and movement, breathing and meditative practices, a personal yoga programme will be designed to suit your interests and aims. You can choose regular yoga lessons to develop your practice, or I can design and teach you a practice to do at home, which is tailored to your goals and current state of health.
Lessons are usually held at Bristol YogaSpace, in the tranquil Bishopston yoga studio. There is a car park for you to use if you are driving, bike parking onsite or easy access by bus, we are just off Gloucester Road. Equipment is provided. Appointments are in the daytime, in between timetabled classes. Yoga can be extremely helpful when applied intelligently and progressively. Yoga may need to be adapted to suit your level of health, energy and take any particular issues into consideration.
