Beyond the course, I offer monthly guidance where we correspond (email/post usually) which helps motivate and support you.
Following your practice plan, send me a monthly update me on progress, obstacles, observations and questions. Gain advice on ideas, techniques and feedback to help you maintain and benefit from your home yoga practice.
