Women's Yoga
4:30pm - 5:30pm, ideal for all women including during pregnancy.
Supportive yoga class suitable for women in all stages of life including pregnant women. Combines gentle flowing movements, breathing exercises and relaxation. All levels welcome and ideal for beginners. £10 drop-in (£8 conc) and multi-class discount cards.

5:45pm - 7:00pm, general class suitable for beginners & all abilities.
Enjoyable Viniyoga classes with energising postures, relaxation and breathing for improved health and wellbeing. Modified to suit your level, all welcome. (£10 drop-in and multi-class discount cards available too or £7.50 per class when booking for term)

- You are welcome to join the term at any time if there are still spaces. Fees are pro-rata or pay the drop-in rate.
- If you need to miss a class, replacement yoga classes may be taken in another of my classes in that term to help keep your practice regular (which can make such a difference!)

TIPS FOR YOGA CLASSES
- Yoga mats and blocks provided at Yoga Space
- Please bring a yoga mat along to Westbury Park Church Hall
- I'd recommend not eating heavily an hour or two before yoga
- Come along a few minutes early to your first yoga class so we can meet and talk about any health concerns
- Feel free to get in touch with any questions
