Improvers yoga class
8:00pm - 9:15pm, Improvers (1+ years experience)
£9 for single class drop in during summer, next term £36 (6 weeks at £6)*

SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS
I'm also running 3 yoga weekend workshops during the Autumn. Enjoyable, relaxing afternoons to take time exploring the themes more deeply. Each workshop will include 3 short yoga practices along with discussion, handouts for things to try at home, and a break with refreshments. All abilities very welcome.
Saturday September 4th - Introduction to Yoga
Sunday October 17th - Yoga for better posture and stability
Sunday November 28th - Yoga to cultivate calmness and positivity
     - A bit of welcome pre-Christmas respite!

They are each held at Bristol Yoga Space on Park Row and run from 2-5pm. For further details and comments from previous workshops, please visit the Bristol Yoga Space website.


*YOGA CLASS & TERM INFORMATION
  • You are welcome to join the term at any time if there are still spaces
  • Summer term dates are from week of July 5th to week of September 6th
  • Please note there are no Monday classes on bank holiday Monday August 30th
  • Next term starts week of September 13th, please note no yoga classes the week of October 4th (except Monday evening 5:45pm), term goes on until the week of Oct 26th. The next term carries on straight after this.
  • If you need to miss a class, replacement yoga classes may be taken in another of my classes to help keep your practice regular (which can make such a difference!)
  • The 6-yoga class packs must be used by September 9th (sorry, no exceptions)

Tips for yoga classes

  • Please bring a yoga mat along to Westbury Park Church Hall
  • I'd suggest not eating an hour or two before yoga
  • Come along a few minutes early to your first yoga class so we can meet and talk about any health concerns and any yoga experience
