Pregnancy yoga
Yoga during pregnancy can be hugely beneficial through your journey towards motherhood. You can either enjoy specialist pregnancy yoga, women's yoga or attend a general yoga class where I am happy to modify postures for you to ensure you get the most from the class. All my classes are kept small to enable personal attention.
My women's yoga class has specially adapted postures and breathing techniques that can help with pregnancy and become invaluable during labour and beyond. Or my general classes offer a wider variety of yoga postures which can be adjusted to suit your changing body.
