Pregnancy yoga can be hugely beneficial through your journey towards motherhood. Pregnancy yoga has specially adapted postures and breathing techniques that can help with pregnancy and become invaluable during labour and beyond.

I offer two specialist pregnancy classes at Bristol Yoga Space or provide private pregnancy yoga lessons to support and prepare you. All are welcome including complete beginners to yoga.

Some pregnant women may be able to attend a mainstream yoga class aswell depending on your experience with yoga and level of fitness.
