Yoga can help
I work with you using the methods of yoga including postures and breathing, lifestyle and meditation where interested. A personal yoga programme will be designed to suit your interests and your goals.

- Posture and back strength / core strength issues
- Recovery from illness with a gentle progression
- Improving stiffness or limited mobility

Fitting yoga into your life
Lessons are held at Yoga Space on Park Row in Bristol, a warm, tranquil city centre studio ideal for yoga practice. Times are variable by appointment and can suit your calendar week to week.

Fees
Fees start at £40 per hour when booking 5 hours or more (£25 discount) use within 6 months,
or £45 per hour for less than 5 hours.
(Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy with a 50% charge applied if not cancelled before then.)
