2 day course
If you've been attending group classes then this course will ensure you explore the groundwork which can enrich your practice ongoing. Develop your skills and techniques within the broader framework of practice and understand their roots and their philosophical underpinnings. Starts January 2019 in a small group setting. Course is in collaboration with my teacher Paul Harvey.
